Mom's rhubarb crumble
1 lb rhubarb, sliced into 1" pieces
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp melted butter
Mix rhubarb with 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 tsp cinnamon, half the cloves, and the orange juice. Mix well.
Butter a shallow one-quart glass baking dish and put mixture on bottom. In small bowl combine remaining ingredients and mix till crumbly. Spread over rhubarb. Bake at 350 for 20-30 min.
