tuna noodle fry

Fry up some cooked & drained noodles and a well-drained can of tuna in a medium-hot pan with olive oil. Add some diced garlic. When you start getting browned bits on the noodles/tuna, add a small splash of lemon juice. Put on a plate, cover with generous quantities of fresh ground pepper and generous quantities of fresh-grated parmesan. Add capers if you have them, or chop up dill pickles into little bits and stir in.
