Lemon Chess Pie

3/4 cup buttermilk
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp lemon zest
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp vanilla

Put all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Let cool.
