Mom's granola

combine:
5 cups rolled oats
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
3/4 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds

heat until warm:
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup honey
2 Tbsp oil

Stir liquid into oatmeal mixture, coating evenly. Divide onto two large cooking sheets.

Bake at 250F stirring every 15 min for 1 hr.
