Potato caulflower curry (found on internet somewhere)

oil
1 Tbsp mustard seed
onion
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp cinnamon
400g chopped potato
1 cup chicken stock
1 red chilli
1/2 medium cauliflower, chopped
2 cups peas
1 can chickpeas

Heat oil, add mustard seed, and cook for 1 minute. Add onion and cook until lightly browned. Stir in other spices and potato and cook over gentle heat 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add chicken stock and chilli, then cook 10-15 minutes till potatoes are tender. Add cauliflower, peas, and chickpeas, and cook 5-10 minutes more.
