Rhubarb cake (Kitchen Treasures)
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups flour
1 cup sour cream or milk
2 1/2 cups rhubarb, cut up fine
Mix cake in usual manner. Put half the batter in pan and put rhubarb on. Add other half of batter. Top with topping then sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 350 for 45 min.
Topping:
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
