Leadership Agility:
Facilitated Coaching and Advancing mindset and skills
Agile Coaches will work alongside leaders, managers, and team in developing an Agile transformation and product roadmaps.
Following assessment Agile Coaches will embed alongside AI leadership teams to assist with the ongoing improvements, enabling learning and adoption of new thinking, new skills and new practices.

Delivery Agility:
Facilitated Coaching and training geared toward delivery team skill and knowledge development.
Agile Coaches will work alongside Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Delivery Team members in developing skills and thinking required for Agile ways of working.
Work with SM’s to enable the emergence of “self-organizing” teams; teams which can come to alignment and agreement on actions without a single designated leader; teams in which members hold one another accountable and teams are held accountable to leadership for the decision making authority given to them.

Some Clarifying Thoughts
Rather than giving people reassuring — right answers — we may do better to model experimentation, curiosity, and openness.
For insights to be useful, they need to be generated from within, not given to individuals as conclusions.
Agile Coaches and trainers should drop their masks of expertise and reveal their vulnerability.
There isn’t a silver bullet to implement Scrum. Invite the group to discover their own solutions.
