bread recipe

2 cups of water
4 and a 1/3 cup of flour
1 sachet of active yeast
0.5 tbsp salt

add water and yeast
add salt
add flour cup by cup
give it a good stir
leave in bowl with tea towel over it for ONE HOUR
shape into a round hedgehog shape ish
move to heavy casserole pot
swab the bottom with a tiny bit of oil
put hedgehog in
LEAVE FOR 30 MINS
preheat oven to 225
CUT A CROSS THING IN THE TOP (I JUST USE SCISSORS BECAUSE IM LAZY)
PUT LID ON
in for 35 mins
TAKE LID OFF
5 mins
ROTATE
another 5 mins
TAKE OUT
PUT ON DRYING RACK
