Vimperator syntax for Pinboard.js plugin

:pinboard -private

:pinboard -description "This actually sets the title"

:pinboard tags separated by spaces

:pinboard -note "This writes to the 'description' field"

Selected text behaviour is unchanged - it is automatically written to the description field.

Re-tagging overwrites, so :pinboard without arguments will make a previously private bookmark public.
