Double-click titlebar to minimize in elementary OS

I was getting frustrated because I thought this didn't work anymore with Loki (0.4), but it does; there's just no such thing as toggle_minimize. It's just minimize.

Note that you can't change this with dconf-editor. It looks like the schema doesn't give you 'minimize' as one of the choices, so the UI won't let you. Still works from the command line, though.
