Quick Links to Spotify Artist & Album Pages in iOS App

Both of these links to Feist's profile will open to her page in the Spotify iOS app if you enter in mobile Safari:

However, neither are "clickable." As a workaround, I URL-encode the link URL and open it via Launch Center Pro:
