response to agreeably long-lived "Death to Spam" page

Hi, hi, thanks for your super clear email form.

A perhaps trivial question, but it occurred to me to ask it, so I will.

I host a venerable (~1998?) link to your "Death to spam" page, and obviously I think it's great that your page is still rocking online without recourse to archive.org after so many years.

Revisiting it, I noted that you have what I interpret as a very nineties era copyright notice which asks for a repro fee if the webpage is printed (rather than simply downloaded to a browser as is customary on the www).

I wonder, if, looking back over the life time of the page, you have made any money in this way?

I'm genuinely curious (back at that time I made a philosophical decision just to go with "free," which I don't in any way regret, but I'm pretty sure I don't make any money that way! (Indeed the hosting still costs me).

Any remarks you might like to make on this would be warmly appreciated, though I also appreciate you may not have the time to deal with such resource-sapping randomness.

Best wishes,

Douglas
