Rye and Barley sourdough
2 cup white flour
1.5 cup rye flour
1 Tb (AUS) gluten flour
2 tsp salt
1 cup barley flakes
1.5 cup water
1 heaped Tb (AUS) barley malt syryp
1 cup starter
Very chewy, delicious, not noticeably sweet.
