baked bean sausage casserole
oil
small pack of sausages
1 onion, diced
1 carrot, diced
1 yellow capsicum, diced [I only had a quarter]
400g tin ham (or other) baked beans
400g tin crushed tomatoes
dash of water
cook sausages (I baked but would prob fry in pan next time), remove to a plate.
Saute veg in drippings or oil till softened and beginning to brown. In the meantime, slice sausages bite-sized. Add everything else in, simmer 20 min or more or until thick.
