sweet and sour sauce

Ingredients:

• 2 tablespoons ketchup
• 2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine (or dry sherry for gluten free option)
• 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
• 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons water
• 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
