June 28: Book the Edge Workshop Room – this is due to the potential of it getting booked up by DLI
July 15: Input private/draft versions of workshops into LibCal
July 22-26: Share out with the department the workshops you are planning (I will send an invite for this soon)
July 29: Descriptions finalized, all rooms booked, etc. (I will do a final review and publish)
