Ryan's work feedback

A company recently did two things which *drastically* improved the candidate experience so I thought I’d share in case it’s helpful to any hiring managers in here.
1) Reverse Interview: I think this is pretty common, but they specifically carved out time for me to “interview” them and ask hard questions. The rebranding of “do you have any questions” was significant for me and really made me feel like I could dig in.
2) Reverse References: In addition to me giving them references, they gave me three references of their own: an investor, a designer who left last year, and a freelance designer they worked with in the past.
These things combined to make me feel super respected and valued.
