Jesse Gordon's winning inverted Aeropress recipe

  • Inverted
  • 22g coffee
  • Medium-fine grind (Finer grind than a pour-over)
  • 200mL water
  • Pour 100mL of the water
  • Stir 3-4 times
  • Pour remaining 100mL
  • Steep for 1:00
  • Quickly flip and press for 15 seconds, stopping when you hear the “hiss”
  • Add 3-4 ounces of water post-brew
