Jesse Gordon's winning inverted Aeropress recipe
- Inverted
- 22g coffee
- Medium-fine grind (Finer grind than a pour-over)
- 200mL water
- Pour 100mL of the water
- Stir 3-4 times
- Pour remaining 100mL
- Steep for 1:00
- Quickly flip and press for 15 seconds, stopping when you hear the “hiss”
- Add 3-4 ounces of water post-brew
