Sesame Cheese Chips

Swiss, Monterey Jack, or Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2-inch (2 cm) cubes Sesame seeds

Roll the cheese cubes in the sesame seeds to coat them thoroughly. Place on parchment or wax paper about 2 inches (5 cm) apart and microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes, turning every 30 seconds, until the cheese has melted and is bubbling. Let cool until firm and remove from the paper. Repeat with remaining cheese cubes using the same paper.
