Rice-Almond Bake

2 cups brown rice, cooked (I use a rice steamer)
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk (I used soy milk)
2 tablespoons butter (I used olive oil)
1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce, to taste
1 cup almonds, chopped

Mix all ingredients. Let sit for an hour to increase the almond
flavor. Pour into an oiled 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350F
for 20 - 30 minutes until the casserole is set and lightly browned.
