How to cancel Xbox Live online easily

• Log into https://live.xbox.com
• Go to My Account
• On the left side of the page, there is the Payment & Billing column
• Click on Update Billing Account Information
• Change your address to somewhere in IL- I used the address for Microsoft Midwest District, 3025 Highland Pkwy., Suite 300, Downers Grove, IL 60515
• Back on the My Account page, there should now be a link under the "Automatic Renewal"
• Click, and change to "Off"
• You should get a confirmation email
• Optionally change your address back to the correct value, to comply with the EULA and in case they need to mail you something.
• Rejoice and share this article with other unhappy XBL users.
