Potato Goulash
Ingredients:
2 lbs Potatoes, peeled and quartered 5 onions, chopped 4 tsp oil 1 tsp cornflour Salt and Pepper to taste 1 tsp caraway seeds 1 tsp cider vinegar 1 tbsp paprika 1 pint stock
Method:
Fry the onions in oil until brown, add all the seasonings, the cornflour and the stock.
Bring to the boil.
Add the potatoes and simmer, covered, until the potatoes are cooked.
